developmental disabilities, including Down Syndrome, Autism, as well as individuals with complex needs and the elderly. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals 18 and older by offering personalized support, tailored to their unique needs. At Johnson's Healthcare and Support Service, we believe in fostering independence, promoting well-being and empowering people to achieve their fullest potential.
In 2004, I began working directly with individuals facing these challenges, and it opened my eyes to the immense struggles experienced by both them and their families. I realized there was a significant gap in support for adults with developmental disabilities, especially as they transitioned out of childhood services and decided to take action!
